Many Nucla High School graduates stay in the West End area after graduation making a significant contribution to the area's economic growth as they enter the local workforce. Others move elsewhere for work or to continue their education. Regardless of which path a graduate may choose there are many ways to stay connected to West End Public Schools. One way alumni have stayed connected, in the past, is by attending class reunions. Some have stayed connected by offering their financial support, manual labor or equipment to complete projects such as the grounds and fencing project at the Naturita Elementary School.
